What does the plant warranty cover?
Trees, shrubs, and perennials we install are covered for two full years under normal care — if one fails, we replace it. It's our name in your yard for the long haul.
What about hardscape — patios, walls, walkways?
Hardscape workmanship is warranted in writing for five years. Settling, shifting, or failed joints caused by our installation get fixed at no charge — most failures are installation failures, which is exactly why the workmanship side matters most.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Warranty registration and transfer terms are confirmed in writing with your contract — and a documented transferable warranty is a genuine selling point for your home.
What voids a landscape warranty?
Turning off the irrigation, unapproved chemical treatments, vehicle traffic over root zones, and unreported storm damage are the usual culprits. We spell it all out in plain English before you sign.
